On Site Manager

Lead Tuli Lodge's multi-location on-site operations, sauna host team, SOPs, guest experience, inventory, vendors, and troubleshooting across Seattle locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and manage a team of about 10 sauna hosts across two locations.
• Build and enforce SOPs for cleanliness, safety, guest experience, team culture, and on-site operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment, stoves, cold plunges, inventory, vendors, and shift coverage during active operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing five or more people in hospitality, retail, fitness, food service, or another fast-paced customer-facing setting.
• Comfort with hands-on operational work, wood-fired sauna upkeep, physical tasks, and last-minute problem solving.
• Weekend availability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Compensation and benefits

$60k base; up to $70k base after expanded ownership + performance bonus
