Sauna Host

Run Tuli Lodge's social sauna and cold-plunge garden shifts while keeping wood-fired sauna operations, guest flow, cleanliness, and safety on track.

Responsibilities

• Light and manage wood-fired stoves, open and close the venue, oversee on-site safety, and facilitate guest flow.
• Clean saunas, cold plunges, bathrooms, and shared spaces between sessions.
• Greet guests, resolve issues, catalog inventory, haul equipment, and report directly to the founder.

Requirements

• Hospitality, wellness, or retail background is helpful.
• Reliability for early mornings, late nights, and at least one weekend shift per week.
• Comfort working independently in an active sauna and cold-plunge environment.

Compensation and benefits

$24 / hr
