Responsibilities

• Help members and guests navigate World Spa's traditional wellness experiences.
• Introduce guests to food, drink, treatment, and facility offerings.
• Support a polished, welcoming service environment across a multi-floor spa operation.

Requirements

• Hospitality, spa, restaurant, wellness, or customer-service interest.
• Comfort supporting guests in a busy bathhouse and spa environment.
• Clear communication and team orientation across guest-facing departments.
