Associate, Packaging

Package, inspect, label and stage finished Sauna360 products for shipment in the Cokato warehouse, building crates and pallets and running packaging equipment alongside production, quality and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products to work instructions, production schedules, quality standards and customer specifications.
• Inspect products and packaging materials, identify defects and verify specifications before shipment.
• Label finished products and keep packaging documentation and records accurate.
• Operate packaging equipment and tools — tape measures, cutters, drills and pallet jacks — and build crates and pallets.
• Monitor packaging operations, report equipment concerns and support basic maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Assist with material handling, palletising and staging with the production, warehouse and shipping teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse or production experience preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Basic math and documentation skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Safety focus, including GMP and PPE requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Compensation and benefits

$14.25–$22.27 / hour (the employer's stated hiring range; first shift)
