Sauna Operations Staff (Part-time)

Work part-time across Sauna Tokyo's guest, cleaning, bathing-floor, event, and food-service operations in Akasaka.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and support front-desk and bathing-floor service.
• Clean, reset, and restock sauna and common areas during operating hours.
• Assist with venue events, food service, and Aufguss-program logistics.

Requirements

• Friendly guest-service approach and interest in sauna operations.
• Reliable part-time availability, including busy service periods.
• Japanese-language communication and willingness to rotate across tasks.

Compensation and benefits

JPY ¥1,200-¥1,500 / hr
