Monitor guest wellbeing, water conditions, sauna and hammam conditions, first aid, and facility presentation across Peninsula Hot Springs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor guests and address first-aid, safety, or guest-service issues in the bathing areas.
  • Check pool temperatures, chlorine levels, water flow, and operating equipment and report faults.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness plus sauna and hammam conditions.
  • Guide guests through pools, wellness areas, Clay Ridge, and Fire and Ice experiences.

Requirements

  • HLTAID009 CPR, HLTAID011 First Aid, and HLTAID015 Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to handle guest issues sensitively.
