Product Catalog Manager - Remote

Lead the product-catalog team behind Bathing Brands' multi-brand sauna, steam and luxury-bathing e-commerce sites, owning SKU standards, taxonomy and product data across more than 40 brands. Remote, for candidates living in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Arizona or Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead, prioritise and develop the Product Catalog team while staying hands-on with complex catalog work.
• Own SKU creation and standardisation for manufacturer brands and Bathing Brands Exclusive products, including variants, kits, accessories and replacements.
• Manage manufacturer product introductions, discontinuations, pricing and MAP changes and specification updates through to implementation.
• Keep product and pricing data accurate across the ERP, e-commerce websites and other channels.
• Improve taxonomy, categories, filters and product relationships so customers can find, compare and match products.
• Build repeatable workflows, QA processes and documentation that let the catalog and team scale.

Requirements

• Experience leading product catalog, PIM, e-commerce catalog operations or product data work, including leading people.
• Strong grasp of SKU governance, taxonomy, product attributes and data quality on large, complex catalogs.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP and/or PIM systems.
• Able to understand technical, specification-heavy products and find missing information.
• Must reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Arizona or Florida.
