Responsibilities
- Support guest service, cleaning, events, staff, sales, purchasing, and day-to-day store operations.
- Help start bathing operations, test water, and coordinate equipment repairs.
- Support restaurant inventory and menus plus heatwave and music-löyly events.
Requirements
- Interest in cross-functional public-bath and sauna operations.
- Availability for venue shifts and willingness to work within a multi-location operating group.
Compensation and benefits
JPY 265,000 or more per month
- Relocation support for transfers.
