Welcome AIRE Vallromanes guests on weekends, coordinate individual and group reservations, support sales, and keep reception supplies ready.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest service by email, phone, and in person.
- Manage individual and group reservations and organize each service shift.
- Support experience upselling and maintain reception stock and supply orders.
Requirements
- At least one year of similar reception or guest-service experience.
- Advanced English and Catalan; additional languages are valued.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability plus reliable transport to Vallromanes.
Compensation and benefits
EUR €9,983.50 / year
