Rettungsschwimmer (m/w/d) für die Freibadsaison 2026

Supervise outdoor-pool guests and support safe, clean public-bathing operations during KölnBäder's 2026 summer season.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bathing activity and intervene to protect guest safety.
• Provide first aid and friendly guest assistance when needed.
• Support hygiene standards and complete minor cleaning work around the bathing facility.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 and a current first-aid certificate.
• DLRG Silver lifesaving certificate, preferably valid through September 30, 2026.
• Flexible availability for seasonal shifts and German-language guest communication.

Compensation and benefits

TVöD compensation or EUR €15 / hr for students

• Seasonal public-bathing safety experience with KölnBäder.
• TVöD compensation or a published EUR €15 hourly student rate.
