Responsibilities
- Support bathing-floor, front-desk, cleaning, event, novelty-merchandise, and food operations.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming sauna and public-bathing experience.
Requirements
- No prior industry experience is required.
- Sauna, thermal-bathing, sales, service, or food-service experience is welcomed.
Compensation and benefits
JPY 260,000-780,000 per month
- Commuting support up to JPY 30,000, staff meals, and facility discounts.
