Captain sauna-raft charters from Tampere's Ratina waterfront while hosting guests and maintaining a safe, welcoming sauna experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the sauna raft on customer charters.
• Receive and guide guests and deliver the safety briefing.
• Maintain the raft, equipment, atmosphere, and day-to-day readiness.

Requirements

• Responsible, calm, practical, and customer-focused working style.
• Availability for evening and weekend charters.
• Interest in boating, tourism, and experience services; prior boating is helpful but not required.

Compensation and benefits

• The employer pays for the required rental-boat operator certificate.
• Training alongside an experienced captain.
