Run the sauna world at Suomen Latu Kiilopää for the 2026–2027 winter season: a smoke sauna, two wood-heated outdoor saunas, electric saunas and an ice hole on the edge of Urho Kekkonen National Park.
Responsibilities
- Heat the saunas and take responsibility for the cleanliness and safety of the sauna world.
- Serve guests and handle licensed beverage service.
- Carry out snow clearing and yard work.
- Support the wider Kiilopää maintenance team indoors and outdoors.
Requirements
- Positive, friendly service attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Finnish and English.
- Alcohol-service pass (anniskelupassi).
- First-aid training is considered an advantage.
Compensation and benefits
Sopimuksen mukaan — the employer publishes no figure
- Season runs from the start of December to mid-April.
- 90–112.5 hours per three weeks, hours negotiable; mostly outdoor work in evenings and at weekends.
- Accommodation can be arranged.
