Saunameister (m/w/d)

Plan, perform, and improve Aufguss and sauna-event programming for Therme Erding while protecting guest safety, hygiene, and experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead sauna infusions, rituals, and entertainment-oriented Aufguss sessions.
• Develop new sauna and event concepts with the operating team.
• Monitor safety, hygiene, guest behavior, and readiness across sauna areas.

Requirements

• Completed Saunameister qualification and practical sauna-operation experience.
• Confident guest-facing presentation and physical comfort performing in heat.
• Strong hygiene, safety, teamwork, and service discipline.
