Requirements
- Completed training or experience in bathing, sauna, sport, wellness, or hotel operations.
- Strong communication, service orientation, and enjoyment of team-based work.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week.
Compensation and benefits

- Five-day week, monthly fixed compensation, paid or balanced overtime, bonuses, and Christmas pay.
