Saunamitarbeiter / Saunameister (m/w/d)

Lead Aufguss sessions, support guests, and maintain quality, cleanliness, and operating standards in KölnBäder's public sauna facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform Aufguss sessions and other sauna programming.
• Guide guests and monitor safe, respectful use of sauna areas.
• Support cleaning, quality checks, and daily facility readiness.

Requirements

• Sauna-service or Saunameister experience and confident guest communication.
• Readiness for shift, weekend, and holiday work in a public facility.
• Strong hygiene, safety, service, and teamwork habits.
