Take shift leadership of a KölnBäder bathing facility, running a safe and orderly baths operation and leading the team on shift across one of Cologne's largest and most modern public baths.
Responsibilities
- Take professional leadership of a team on shift and keep the baths operation safe and running smoothly.
- Hold the information flow between the shift team and the wider operation.
- Work independently across the shift, taking responsibility for decisions on the floor.
- Work the shift rota including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- Completed Fachangestellter für Bäderbetriebe qualification with several years of professional experience.
- Social and communication skills, cooperation, flexibility, and teamwork.
- Strong service orientation and an open, visitor-friendly manner.
- Willingness to work shifts at weekends and on public holidays.
- German-language workplace communication.
