Senior Guest Experience Supervisor

Interim lead for the front desk, bistro and reservations teams at Scandinave Spa Whistler, a Nordic bath of hot pools, cold plunges and relaxation areas, full-time until the end of February 2027.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the front desk, bistro and reservations departments.
- Train the teams and hold them to consistent standards.
- Handle scheduling, payroll, budgeting, reporting and inventory.
- Resolve escalated guest concerns and act on guest feedback.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
