Serve guests in World Spa's restaurants in Brooklyn: take food and drink orders, explain the menu, deliver orders and take payment.
Responsibilities
- Greet seated guests, present menus and daily specials and answer menu questions.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them, checking dishes are right.
- Clear tables, prepare checks and collect payment.
- Help clean the dining area and prepare silverware and condiments.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a server preferred.
- Point-of-sale experience and strong coffee, beer, wine and liquor knowledge.
- At least 18 to serve alcohol; ServSafe/TIPS certification or able to obtain it on hire.
- Must complete a restaurant training course.
Compensation and benefits
$17 / hour
- Official World Spa ADP listing.
- Food-service role inside a large Brooklyn bathhouse and spa.
- Hourly pay published by the employer.
