Social Media & Storytelling Lead

Own Tuli Lodge's social storytelling, creator relationships, content calendar, and digital presence while staying close to sauna operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead organic social strategy and day-to-day execution across Instagram, TikTok, and related channels.
• Film, edit, script, post, and analyze content tied to Tuli's sauna, cold-plunge, event, and community moments.
• Run creator and influencer workflows, maintain a media library, and coordinate with events, design, and leadership.

Requirements

• Strong social media, storytelling, and content production ability.
• Comfort working four days per week in person in Seattle with some remote flexibility.
• Availability for evening, weekend, event, and on-site content moments as needed.
