Guide guests through the bath circuit at AIRE Ancient Baths Chicago — checking them in, touring the bathhouse, and linking each guest's bath journey to their booked appointments.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and give them a tour of the facility.
- Coordinate appointments against the therapists' schedule, honouring special requests where possible.
- Guide guests through their experience, leading them from the baths to their appointments.
- Tend to guests' needs through their stay, keeping track of them and following up as necessary.
- Coordinate with other Spa Attendants/Links and therapists so every guest is looked after.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a host in a spa or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong customer-service mentality with a friendly, outgoing manner.
- Able to anticipate the flow of business and solve problems before they occur.
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Schedule flexibility according to business needs.
- Prior experience with reservation systems preferred.
