Responsibilities

• Orient guests to bathhouse flow and service timing.
• Monitor cleanliness, temperatures, and guest comfort.
• Coordinate with front desk and therapy teams.

Requirements

• Spa, hospitality, or hosting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and multitasking.
• Detail-oriented approach to safety and cleanliness.

Compensation and benefits

$20-$21 / hr

• CPR certification can increase hourly rate.
• Hands-on bathhouse operations experience.
