Spa Attendant/Link

Guide guests through the bath circuit at AIRE Ancient Baths Tribeca, checking them in, touring the bathhouse, and linking their bath journey to their booked treatments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and give them a tour of the facility.
• Coordinate treatments against the therapists' schedule, honouring special requests where possible.
• Guide guests through their experience, leading them from the baths to their treatments.
• Keep track of guests through their stay and follow up on their needs as required.
• Coordinate with other Spa Attendants/Links and therapists so every guest is looked after.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a host in a spa or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer-service mentality with a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Able to anticipate the flow of business and solve problems before they occur.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure.
• Schedule flexibility according to business needs.
• Prior experience with reservation systems preferred.

Compensation and benefits

Compensation not carried: the employer publishes $20/hour ($21/hour once CPR certified) in the advert body and $20 per month in its structured salary field
