Spa Attendant (Ojo Caliente)

Keep Ojo Caliente's spa, locker rooms and communal and private pool areas clean and stocked, and guide guests to the steam rooms, pools and tubs of this historic mineral-springs resort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and service the private and communal pool areas, and keep the spa reception, lounges, locker rooms and public areas clean.
• Flip, restock and tidy lockers throughout the day, and deep-clean spa spaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and sanitising.
• Escort guests to the steam rooms, pools and tubs, and explain the spa and springs rules courteously.
• Keep linen, towels and supplies flowing between the spa and the laundry team, and stock treatment-room linen to checklist levels.
• Open the spa each morning, prepare spa water, and report damaged equipment or fixtures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year of spa experience preferred.
• First Aid/AED/CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and in heat and steam.
• Able to stand for eight hours or more and lift up to 60 lb; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
