Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest as the first face they see, manage check-ins and guide them at the start of their visit.
- Handle check-outs and payments with care.
- Operate the company's reservation system and answer guests' questions.
- Keep the reception area presentable and build gift packages for clients.
Requirements
- Two years of direct customer-service experience in hospitality, fitness or wellness.
- Experience in a luxury business or spa preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
