Spa Supervisor AM (Santa Fe)

Run the morning spa shift at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort: supervise the spa attendants, keep the locker rooms, showers and springs areas immaculate, and escort guests to lockers and private pools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise spa team members on shift, coach and train new staff, and see that everyone is at their post.
• Tour guests and escort them to their lockers and private pools.
• Ensure locker rooms are cleaned, flipped and stocked, showers and restrooms stay clean, and robe counts from laundry are logged.
• Walk the facility at the start and end of each day and raise maintenance work orders for anything unsafe or broken.
• Cover Spa Attendant or spa reception duties and help update the department's SOPs.

Requirements

• Two years of spa experience with supervisory duties preferred.
• CPR certification preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in heat and steam from the sauna and steam rooms, and outdoors in all weather.
• Available evenings, weekends, weekdays and holidays.
