Spa Supervisor

Supervise the spa and springs shift team at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs: guest tours, lockers and private pools, opening and closing, and the standard of the springs and spa areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise spa team members on shift, in the absence of Spa Management, with coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Tour guests through the spa and escort them to their lockers and private pools.
• Open and close the spa on checklists and keep all areas of the springs and spa immaculate.
• Cover Spa Attendant duties as needed and direct guests in first-aid and emergency situations.
• Report maintenance issues and guest concerns to Spa Management.

Requirements

• Two years of spa experience with supervisory duties preferred.
• CPR certification preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in heat and steam from the sauna and steam rooms, and outdoors in all weather.
• Able to stand and move for eight hours or more and handle laundry bins of 40 lb or more.
