Spa Supervisor (Santa Fe)

Ojo Santa Fe is hiring a Spa Supervisor to oversee bathing-area readiness, guest service and the spa operations team. Duties include opening and closing the spa, checking locker rooms and showers, and covering attendant or reception shifts. The employer does not publish pay, employment type or a closing date.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the spa using checklists; keep the springs and spa areas clean and ready for guests.
• Guide guests to lockers and private pools and cover spa attendant or receptionist duties when needed.
• Check showers, toilets, lockers, amenities and supplies; track robes returned from laundry.
• Check treatment-room equipment and ensure work areas are cleaned, sanitized and stocked.
• Report maintenance and guest concerns, complete daily paperwork and help update operating procedures.
• Supervise shift staff, coach team members and help train new employees using provided manuals.

Requirements

• At least two years of spa experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification is preferred.
• Availability for weekday, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work around sauna heat and steam, outdoors in varying weather, and standing or moving for extended periods.
• Ability to follow written and spoken procedures and move items and laundry bins weighing 18 kg (40 pounds) or more.
• Reliable attendance and a positive approach to guest service.
