Run SweatHouz Mosaic in the Mosaic District (Fairfax, VA) from the floor: the team, the schedule and the numbers, while touring first-timers and keeping the private infrared-sauna and cold-plunge suites to standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the SweatHouz sales and operating model, welcoming prospects and converting them into members.
- Recruit, train, schedule and manage a team of sales associates, keeping the studio fully staffed.
- Own cleanliness and consistency across the studio so every visit feels elevated.
- Build local partnerships and run events in the Mosaic District.
- Join the weekly leadership meeting with the group's other Studio Managers to review performance and plans.
Requirements
- Two or more years in sales.
- At least one year managing a team.
- Membership sales experience is a significant advantage.
- Availability for peak hours, including weekends.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus, not required.
Compensation and benefits
$50,000-$65,000 base salary + monthly bonus
