SweatHouz The Marina Studio Manager

Run the SweatHouz The Marina studio from the floor — the team, the schedule, and the numbers — while touring first-timers through contrast therapy and keeping the private suites to standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the SweatHouz sales and operating model, welcoming prospects and converting them into members.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of sales associates, keeping the studio fully staffed.
• Own cleanliness and consistency across the private infrared-sauna and cold-plunge suites so every visit feels elevated.
• Own the location's P&L, monitoring KPIs daily and leading weekly financial reviews with ownership and the franchisor.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners, and lead local marketing and outreach.
• Join the weekly leadership meeting with the group's other Studio Managers to review performance and plans.

Requirements

• Two or more years in sales.
• At least one year managing a team.
• Membership sales experience is a significant advantage.
• Availability for peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus, not required.
