Plan and run the thermal-circuit operation at Strøm spa nordique in Old Québec, 40 hours a week, and lead its team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and take part in opening and closing the steam bath, sauna and relaxation areas.
- Keep the site spotlessly clean at all times.
- Guide guests through the thermal circuit and explain its rules.
- Manage the department budget; recruit, train and schedule the team.
Requirements
- Three to five years of team management.
