Sell memberships and run the guest floor at SweatHouz's Hoboken studio, turning over the private infrared sauna and cold plunge suites between sessions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships and packages, explaining the available options and benefits.
- Greet guests on arrival and escort them to their suites, keeping the session hospitable throughout.
- Clean and prepare suites between client sessions and inspect them against studio standards.
- Manage laundry — washing, drying, and folding towels — so clean linen is always available.
- Work with the studio manager on sales targets and member retention, recording guest notes in Prospr.
Requirements
- One or more years in sales or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Membership-sales experience is a significant advantage.
- Availability for morning, day, and evening shifts, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Compensation and benefits
$19-$21 / hr + monthly team bonus
