Sell memberships and look after guests at SweatHouz's Jersey City contrast-therapy studio, turning private infrared sauna and cold plunge suites between sessions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships and packages, explaining the available options and benefits.
- Greet guests on arrival and escort them to their private suite, supporting them through the session.
- Clean and prepare suites between client sessions and inspect them against the studio's presentation standards.
- Manage laundry — washing, drying, and folding towels so clean linen is always available.
- Record notes on new guests in Prospr and work with the studio manager towards sales targets.
Requirements
- One or more years in sales or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Membership-sales experience is a significant advantage.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; no fewer than 15 hours a week.
