Serve as the dedicated recruiting partner for the Sauna360 brand at the Cokato sauna plant, leading full-cycle recruitment across production, operations, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for full-cycle recruitment on Sauna360 positions from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, hiring criteria, and recruiting strategies.
- Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and staffing resources.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions and represent Sauna360 at hiring events.
- Conduct structured interviews and guide hiring teams through sound hiring decisions.
