Talent Acquisition Specialist - North America
Run full-cycle recruitment across AIRE Ancient Baths' four North American centres — New York Tribeca and Upper East Side, Chicago, Toronto and Los Angeles — balancing high-volume operational hiring with leadership searches.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites and functions, from operational roles to leadership.
- Partner with Site Directors and Department Managers to define talent needs, role profiles and interview processes.
- Balance high-volume operational hiring with selective leadership recruitment across departments.
- Develop and run sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, partnerships and targeted outreach.
- Maintain records and insights in the ATS (Teamtailor / Workday) and report on recruitment regularly.
- Support internal mobility, succession and pipeline work, and collaborate with the Talent Lead on employer branding.
Odotamme
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communication, hospitality, psychology or a related field (required).
- Master's degree in human resources or talent management preferred.
- Two to three years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality, spa/wellness or luxury retail.
- Track record recruiting both operational and leadership profiles in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
- Skilled with ATS systems such as Teamtailor or Workday.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Palkkaus ja edut
CAD 90,000 / year- Annual performance-based bonus and health and wellness benefits (location dependent).
