Lead aja Warnemünde's bathing, fitness, and sauna operation, including water quality, safety, hygiene, staffing, maintenance, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Organize and improve swimming-pool, fitness, and sauna operations and enforce hygiene and operating-safety standards.
• Monitor pool water quality, coordinate the bathing and sauna team, and plan staffing and trainee assignments.
• Organize children's swim courses and lead cleaning, maintenance, guest-service, and team-training work.

Requirements

• Completed Fachangestellte/r für Bäderbetriebe training plus initial professional experience.
• Bronze lifesaving and current first-aid credentials, or willingness to refresh them at the employer's expense.
• Leadership, communication, team, child-and-adult guest-service, and operational-planning capability.

Compensation and benefits

Compensation not publicly listed; up to EUR 2,000 gross starter bonus
