Teamleiter Bade- und Fitnessbereich (m/w/d)

Lead the pool, sauna and fitness team at A-ROSA Sylt: daily operations of the pool and sauna area, water-quality testing, hygiene and safety, rostering and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organise and improve day-to-day operations in the swimming pool, fitness and sauna area to A-ROSA standards.
• Enforce hygiene and operational-safety rules and keep pool water quality right through regular measurements.
• Order supplies for the pool and sauna area.
• Lead and roster the bathing and sauna team and the apprentices, and run training for them.
• Direct and carry out cleaning and maintenance work, look after guests, and organise and teach the children's swimming courses.
• Support SPA management with administration.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Fachangestellte/r für Bäderbetriebe and some professional experience.
• Rettungsschwimmer Bronze and a first-aid certificate no older than two years, or refreshed on hire at the employer's expense.
• Trainer aptitude certificate (Ausbilder-Eignungsschein) welcome but not required.
• Warm guest and service orientation; enjoys working with children and adults.

Compensation and benefits

Paid under the collective agreement (Tarifvertrag), with Christmas and holiday pay

• Permanent contract, paid under the collective agreement with Christmas and holiday pay; above-tariff pay possible depending on qualification.
