Teamleitung Bar / Supervisor Bartender (w/m/d) in Vollzeit – Therme Erding

Lead shifts at Therme Erding's bars among the venue's tropical palms: coordinate the bar team, mix cocktails and serve drinks to guests, and share responsibility for the till, hygiene and stock.

Responsibilities

• Support the bar manager with day-to-day organisation, including shift planning, task allocation and team motivation.
• Keep service running smoothly to the Therme's service and quality standards and act as host for guests.
• Mix cocktails and serve other drinks with attention to cleanliness, speed and presentation.
• Share responsibility for cashing up, till management and hygiene and safety rules.
• Help with ordering, goods receipt and stock control for the bars.
• Help train new colleagues and build team spirit in the bar area.

Requirements

• Gastronomy experience, ideally with responsibility, for example as a bartender with team duties or deputy bar manager.
• A passion for bar work, service and hospitality.
• Organisational skill with an eye for efficiency and quality.
• Leadership, communication skills and a hands-on, self-reliant way of working.
• Good German; English is an advantage.
