Therapy Attendant

Turn over, sanitise, and restock the therapy rooms at Bathhouse Philadelphia, which opens late summer 2026, and greet and direct arriving guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy rooms before each service and turn them over between guests, sanitising high-touch areas and replacing linens.
• Stock and organise oils, lotions, tools, and supplies through the day, and assist with therapy-room laundry drop-off and pickup.
• Greet guests, direct them to the right practitioner or waiting area, and relay timing between practitioners and the front desk.
• Hold hygiene and sanitation standards across the amenity space, including squeegeeing the floor, and report maintenance issues.
• Support opening and closing duties for the therapy areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience; hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
• Comfort performing cleaning duties in guest-facing spaces.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and benefits

$21 / hour
