Mitarbeiter/in Vorfertigung Gesenkbiegepressen (m/w/d)

Run press brakes forming sheet-metal parts for EOS Saunatechnik's sauna heater and control production in Driedorf, with responsibility for setup, dimensional quality, and tool optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for operating and setting up press brakes forming sheet-metal parts to drawing.
• Group orders for setup efficiency and bend sheet parts to drawing specifications.
• Check finished parts for dimensional accuracy, form, and quality using appropriate gauges.
• Care for and maintain the equipment through simple servicing and report technical faults.
• Contribute actively to optimising manufacturing processes and tool settings.
• Reliably meet specified manufacturing and processing times.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in metalworking, or relevant metal-industry experience as a career changer.
• Ideally experience with press brakes such as AMADA, Prima Power, or comparable systems.
• Confident reading of technical drawings and routine use of measuring equipment.
• Manual skill plus good technical and mechanical understanding.
• High quality awareness, independence, and reliability within a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and good spoken and written German.
