Host The William Vale's seasonal Winter Spa in Brooklyn, a rooftop terrace of barrel saunas and cedar hot tubs: check guests in, take payment, set the spa up and break it down each day and make sure guests know the rules.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests and help with their requests.
- Process payments accurately.
- Set up and break down the Winter Spa each day.
- Make sure guests know the facility's rules and regulations, and report any injury to protocol.
- Answer guest emails and phone calls and resolve guest issues.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of guest-service or host experience; hotel experience a plus.
- Able to work outdoors in cold weather (snow, wind, rain).
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and to walk, stand, bend and kneel for long periods.
- Varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
