Fuji & Cherry Warranty is hiring a permanent store-operations employee for its wood-fired 宇宙.サウナ venue in Osaka.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the facility and maintain sauna and bath temperatures.
- Manage firewood and stove operation and deliver löyly and Aufguss experiences.
- Support cleaning, guest service, part-time staff, events, social media, and recruiting.
Requirements
- Sauna or thermal-bathing experience, or a clear interest in sauna operations.
- A willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and help grow the venue; prior industry experience is not required.
Compensation and benefits
JPY 280,000 or more per month
- Two days off each week and more than 120 annual days off.
