Account Coordinator - Hybrid

Support Bathing Brands' Account Managers and customers through the order and fulfilment process for its steam, sauna and bathing products: processing orders, tracking backorders and warranty parts, and resolving shipping damage and claims. Hybrid, with regular on-site presence in Wheeling.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions, requests and order-related needs, and support the Account Managers' day-to-day account work.
• Process and check small-to-medium customer orders for products, quantities, pricing and delivery details.
• Monitor backorders by customer and item, flag delays and coordinate with Operations, Production and Shipping.
• Track warranty parts, coordinate the resolution of products damaged in shipping and manage shipping claims and returns.
• Maintain order, backorder, return and claim records and reports, and provide backup coverage.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Preferred: account coordination, sales support, order entry or customer-service experience, and ERP or CRM systems.

Compensation and benefits

$55,000–$60,000 / year
