- Guide customers through practical next steps while escalating complex issues to internal technical experts.
Requirements
- Mechanical curiosity and clear customer communication.
- Interest or background in construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, installation, or repair.
- Comfort using email, Microsoft Office, and documentation tools.
Compensation and benefits
