Banya/Hammam Specialist

Support World Spa's banya and hammam experiences inside its Brooklyn bathhouse and traditional wellness room operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with banya and hammam service flow.
• Keep ritual and bathing spaces clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Coordinate with spa and hospitality teammates to maintain guest safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Interest in banya, hammam, sauna, bathhouse, or thermal wellness service.
• Comfort working directly with guests in heated and wet-room environments.
• Reliable communication and shift availability.

Compensation and benefits

$16.50-$18 / hr

• Official World Spa ADP listing.
• Direct banya and hammam role in a traditional bathing venue.
• Hourly pay range published by the employer.
