Work the barista and bar sections of Thyme and serve drinks to guests in Alba Thermal Springs & Spa's outdoor bathing areas and Spa Lounge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver beverage service across the barista and bar areas of the venue's restaurant, Thyme.
- Serve guests in the outdoor bathing areas and the Spa Lounge.
- Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, including coffee, wine, and cocktails.
- Keep service and venue areas clean, presented, and organised, working with the wider Food & Beverage team.
Requirements
- An RSA certificate.
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Weekend availability including Saturdays, across a rotational roster.
