Support OVAVERVA's self-service bistro in St. Moritz across kitchen, service, office, and guest care on a permanent 60% schedule, in the venue's public pool, spa, and sauna centre.
Responsibilities
- Complete the daily mise-en-place work for the self-service restaurant.
- Set up and break down the self-service buffet.
- Help actively across all bistro areas and advise and look after guests.
- Support the bistro management and complete administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Clean, independent, and efficient working style with resilience and reliability.
- High flexibility and a service-oriented approach.
- Gastronomy experience is preferred.
- Very good spoken and written German; Italian and English are an advantage.
- Good computer skills, including point-of-sale systems.

- Permanent 60% position with the bistro open daily from 09:00 to 21:00.
