Manage bookings for AIRE's bathhouses worldwide from the Tenerife booking centre, handling reservations and guest questions across channels.

Tehtävät

  • Provide personalised customer service by email, chat, and telephone at national and international level.
  • Manage individual and group reservations for all AIRE facilities.
  • Solve and oversee issues that arise around bookings.

Odotamme

  • Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
  • Customer-oriented, with strong communication and commercial skills; organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Full training is provided.

Palkkaus ja edut

18 710,98 € / year
  • Permanent contract, 40 hours a week, 100% on-site at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife contact centre.
  • Sunday bonus €15.33/day, public-holiday bonus €44.01/day, transport bonus (00:00–06:00) €6.56/day and night bonus (22:00–06:00) €1.96/hour.
