Responsibilities
- Provide personalised customer service by email, chat, and telephone at national and international level.
- Manage individual and group reservations for all AIRE facilities.
- Solve and oversee issues that arise around bookings.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Comfort working across booking and contact-centre systems.
