Customer Support Specialist

Support Redwood Outdoors customers with sauna and cold plunge setup, operation, maintenance and deliveries. The full-time Monday-Friday role is based in Kent, Washington, with one hybrid day per week.

Responsibilities

• Explain sauna and cold plunge features and technical details, from purchase through first use.
• Troubleshoot product setup, operation and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse, shipping and product teams, and follow up on installation and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer problems and manage responses promptly and thoroughly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer support, technical help, retail or logistics experience, or a strong willingness to learn and help customers.
• Strong written, verbal and phone communication, and comfort learning customer-support software.
• Regular, reliable attendance and personal accountability.

Compensation and benefits

USD hourly pay is published with conflicting upper limits; confirm the range with the employer. Company bonus plan.
